5:15pm Yoga Basics

Great for the beginner student or anyone looking to improve their mind body connection. This class is designed to increase mobility, strength and flexibility for your practice and everyday life. If you are newer to yoga, this is a great way to learn the proper form and alignment for the basic and intermediate yoga poses.

6:30pm Flow and Let Go

(We use Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls and The Roll Model Method inspired techniques in this class!)

 

THURSDAY

9:30am Hatha Yoga

Great for anyone looking to improve their mind body connection. This class is designed to increase mobility, strength and flexibility for your practice and everyday life. If you are newer to yoga, this is a great way to learn the proper form and alignment for the basic and intermediate yoga poses. Learn to control your breathing in each posture and sequence instructed in class.
